The surface of Les Tilleuls is 1,5 hectare, cut down the middle by a mountain-brooklet Le Lavencou, with a waterfall and with trouts. The domain is located in a valley, on both sides of the brooklet. The garden is partially planted with colorfull plants and flowers, and partially with fruit trees. Aside from the brooklet and underneath an arch of the aquaduct one find the swimming pool of 12 x 6 m, up to 2,4m deep. Guests are begged to bring along their private beach towels.

Under a foliage of nine leaf trees there is a ground to play petanque, so that one can play the game always in shadow. Balls are graciously put at disposal.

For cars is a large overshadowed parking area under two giant chestnut trees at disposal. Cyclists and motorcclists can also use the Grande Salle to park their vehicles.

And finally also a drawing room with radio-CD player and television is put at the disposal. Here a number of society games and regional informations can be found. The drawing room can be joined through the terrace and remain, just as the breakfast room, constantly accessible.
